Spent alot of months wasting my time at big chain diamond stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here. The experience was great. I found the ring I wanted and the ownerz told me to go home and sleep on it because it was a big purchase and didn't want me to second guess the purchase. 3 weeks later we made the deal on the perfect ring. Highly recommend this amazing and affordable diamond store.

Had a montblanc watch that needed servicing. Good luck finding those peeps in Milwaukee. Not only could they do it, do it well, but also very reasonably. Highly recommended

Beautiful work, excellent service, fair pricing, prompt turnaround, and a kind and friendly owner who takes care and pride in his top-notch work. I can't say enough good things about this business. Walter let me take my time pondering which size to choose for enlarging my wedding and engagement rings, helping me decide but never rushing me, even offering to do a quarter-size for one of them, which wound up being the perfect solution. He resized them beautifully in only a couple of days, and now they fit perfectly and look like new. He even fixed two bent prongs that I hadn't even noticed. Additionally, he is an amazing human being ... stop and chat with him sometime and hear his story. I found this business by chance when I was driving by and needed a jewelry repair shop ... and now I will not go anywhere else!

C.C. Conrad Jewelers has been my go-to jewelry store for the past 25 years, both buying and selling. It offers excellent pricing, wide selection, quick turnaround, deep expertise, and first-rate customer service. Walter is a serious jewelry, diamonds, and other precious stones expert. Their GIA certificates are proudly displayed on a wall. Walter is also a kind, honest, approachable owner who takes great delight and pride in his superior work and beautiful jewelry that he sells. On rare occasions when he may not have the exact item you want – he will find and get it just for you through his extensive network! I always feel comfortable and welcomed in the store and, most importantly, there is absolutely no pressure to buy – your comfort and satisfaction is a top priority! I haven’t seen a store with so many repeat customers - to me this speaks volumes. I really can't say enough good words about the owners and this business…

Incredible experience all around. Ordered a custom engagement ring and it was everything I could have hoped for. Emma and Walter are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and want to get the best for you. They help paint the picture of what you want in the moment and what will be best down the road as the piece will be worn for a long time to come. Would 10/10 recommend and will be coming back for a pair of wedding bands!
